Devotion to Lenawee United Way lives on through memorial contributions

Former County Administrator Bill Bacon was remembered as an extraordinary public servant by friends and colleagues after his death Dec. 3, 2007. The 54-year-old Bacon also was dedicated to serving the less fortunate through his long-time commitment to Lenawee United Way. In accordance with his wishes, memorial contributions were designated to the local nonprofit agency. The donations will be used to help fund the 2-1-1 program.
